Technical Assistance

I know my username and password but they are not working on the website.
Most often this an issue caused by the internet browser.

There might be conflicting cookies in your system. To fix this, try clearing the cache.

Internet Explorer:

1. Click "Tools"

2. Select "Internet Options"

3. Select the "General" tab

4. Under Browsing History, click "Delete..."

5. Next to Temporary Internet Files, click "Delete files..."

6. Next to Cookies, click "Delete cookies..."

7. Click "Close" at the bottom

8. Click "OK" at the bottom

Firefox:

1. Click "Tools" on top

2. Select "Options"

3. Click the "Privacy" icon

4. Click the "Cookies" tab

5. Click the "Clear Cookies Now" button

6. Click the "Cache" tab

7. Click the "Clear Cache Now" button

If this still doesn't help, please try using a different browser to access the site. For instance, if you are using Google Chrome, please try Firefox or vice versa.
