Are we headed for a housing crash? Or is the Housing Bubble about to pop? From cliff-side retreats in Malibu to the corner store in South Florida, people everywhere are worried about an impending real estate crash.

But real estate is a different investment vehicle from the stock market, of course. For starters, most people live in their house "investments."
