		<description>gentlemen, the   two funds sound great upfront.But  from where is the return coming? City tax, state tax? Commercial real estate is going bust, unemployment rising, individuel housing prices coming down thelast two years.etc; etc.

		<description>No surprise, I suppose, that the investing herd that was unwilling to commit to the equity market at S &amp; P 670 is now feeling more comfortable 33% higher.  We know there is plenty of cash on the sidelines but there always is.  It doesn&#039;t mean it will necessarily enter the equity market.  The famous green shoots have become a cliche around which the guests on CNBC have rallied.  We will see if the herd is as determined to ignore the multiple challenges before us when the storm clouds gather again as they most surely will.</description>
