Basically you have a point here. But I think it is not going to be so black and white. There will be gray areas. India for example may be less effected than China by US downturns in the future. And as these emerging countries grow stronger, they will be less dependent on others for their well-being. So decoupling will occur as individual nations get stronger within themselves.</description>
