		<description>Consider the use of MLP that have significant cash distributions and report losses for income tax purposes.  An example is KMP with a distribution rate of about 7-8%, yet the K-1 shows losses for tax purposes.  The losses are suspended until you dispose of the stock, but while you hold the stock you are receiving about 7% tax free income.  When you sell the stock the suspended losses reduces your gain or increases your loss.  I would use this strategy in taxable accounts only.</description>
