It’s an exciting week – one that many of us have been waiting for all year. And we’re not just talking about the recent “signs of life” from the market. Our long anticipated 11th Annual Investment U Conference has finally arrived…
Why You Don’t Want to Miss This
If you haven’t already boarded a plane to fly down, I’m sorry you’re not joining us. But for those of you not attending, we’ve planned on bringing you the next best thing.
I’ll be bringing you live daily reports summarizing the day’s events, sessions and investing discussions. I’m going to allow you to be a “fly on the wall” amongst a small circle of highly successful investors and analysts who are positioning themselves to profit in this market. Many have already profited in recent months and will be showing us how to do the same.
That’s why I personally look forward to these shindigs every year – where even an accredited Finance professor can greatly expand his knowledge of money.
I am going to do everything in my power to give you the “skinny low-down” so you can benefit as well – even if from afar. That’s what this community of like-minded individuals is all about: sharing what we know so we all win together.
Stepping Back In Time
All this takes place at the Renaissance Vinoy Resort & Golf Club – a beauty of historic 1920s Mediterranean Revival architecture at water’s edge overlooking the bay.
Imagine you’re with us this week and that soon you’ll be called to gather in the main conference hall. As we begin you’ll be reading about opportunities not privy to those who aren’t on this list.
We’ll be walking down these stunning corridors together, talking investment opportunities and swapping ideas.
In addition to highlighting a number of speakers and sessions, I’ll be and breaking down the core concepts and financial principles that our experts will be teaching attendees. And there’s quite a lot to choose from.
I’m especially looking forward to Alex Green’s insights on “The Great Recession” on Wednesday. Then on Thursday I’ll give you the full scoop on “The Only Investment Strategy That Works In Every Market (Bull, Bear or Sideways)” by Louis Basenese.
On Friday, we’ll go into Rick Rule’s recommendation that you can “Achieve Real Wealth in Exploration.” Finally, on Saturday, Karim Rahemtulla and Lee Lowell will be giving us actual option strategies in “Can Options Really Make You Money?” and “Put-Option Selling: Get Paid To Buy Your Favorite Stock.”
This is just a tiny slice of the workshops I’ll be covering and is by no means exhaustive as to what you’re about to find out from our conference roving reports.
So, buckle up and get ready for a new perspective on your investments. Make sure you read IU‘s Roving Report each day, starting tomorrow.

Editor’s Note: Dr. Scott Brown was selected as our new Education Director because of his command of a wide variety of financial concepts – the perfect person to give you a guided tour of our conference. This will be the first time a Ph.D. holding professor of finance will be writing the “roving report” and we are excited to hear all that he has to say.
