		<description>Speed , not brainpower , seems to be the order of the day. RE appointment of Gaitner: The approval by the senate will be a reflection of the Senate&#039;s integrity as a body. If we, as a nation, have no one else capable, with integrity, to function as Treasurer of the United States, then we deserve every difficult financial moment coming down the expected bumpy road. Without integrity, we can expect more of the same lack of leadership. Without deliberation, focusing only on speed, one does not need to look very far to see the ineffectiveness of such a tact. Speed is not the answer; brainpower applied is.</description>

		<description>This proposal if enacted would be subject to all kinds of bad influence from those who they would regulate. A simple constitutional law that says anyone breeching the public trust would be flogged or canned in public and have their net worth seized and given to the public would be more effective.</description>
