The fact that gold and especially oil prices will rise in 2010 is easy to predict on the basis of something you left out: an Israeli strike on Iran. Now that was easy, wasn’t it?

Not USO, do the homework and see that they invest in futures mostly. Oil is in contango, and as the futures contracts roll over into next months, you lose money.

I signed up for Lee Lowell’s “Instant Money Trader”. The “codes you are to “punch in” don’t exist. I called them to see if I was missing something. This is what she said:”The ad is meant to say that using this service is as easy as punching in a code. The “codes” are actually the stock symbols from the stock exchange. It’s nothing more than a put selling service. It may actually be a very good one at that, but I asked for my money back just because of the miss-leading ad.

Agree, an almost perfect analysis! I also play nature gas, some different from oil now, more risky but still profitable.
