As we are seeing in canada and Europe, cost constraints are driving governments to initiate managed care style sof negotiation for pharma products and med devices. With ever increasing shared information on healthcare and cost containment, i believe the third world opportunities will not be as lucrative as envisioned. Pharma will survive but not with the same margins it once enjoyed.</description>
