Currently social taxes exceed benefits. Medicare is slightly negative. SS fund in close to $3 trillion. Could be the government has stolen the funds, but the SS program IS funded by past and present taxpayers and NOT an entitlement as Medicaid and Food Stamps. It is NOT Welfare is it?????
